OUR PASTORS

Vincent grew up in a small town of 700 people in Ontario, Canada; in a single-mother home with four siblings. His mother had grown up as a Roman Catholic but came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ when Vincent was 6. Local Christians knocked on their door and had invited them to a small Free Methodist church. It was in that little church that Vincent also first gave his life to Jesus.

When Vincent was 21, he fell head over heals in love with God, His Word & His Presence and was filled with The Holy Spirit and power to preach and teach. From there he began to go and do whatever the Lord led him to do. He began by doing a Discipleship Training School with YWAM in Montreal, QC; which offered him the opportunity to do a short mission to NYC, Belgium and France. This was the beginning of his preaching in the streets.

In 2003 the Lord sent him to NY to work under Pastor Bill Wilson. That is where he first learned about Sidewalk Sunday School; a tool the Oak Centre uses to this day to reach children and families outside the church.   Read their full story here.

2006 was the first time Vincent ever visited Silver City, NM, and incidentally was also the year he met his beautiful bride to be, Jessica. However they didn’t meet in NM; they actually met in Houston.

Jessica grew up in an even smaller town than Vincent: Buckhorn, NM. She also grew up in a Roman Catholic home and got saved at a Baptist youth camp in Cloudcroft NM at the age of 16. The first thing that came out of her mouth and heart after giving her life to Jesus was: ‘all I want is to travel around the world and tell people about Jesus!’

The Lord heard those words (which He had inspired to begin with) and began granting her those opportunities. Jessica received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit a few years later while attending Bible College in Sterling, KS.

She served with various ministries, including getting to work with Youth For Christ in Switzerland for a year, before finding an add on the internet for a position at a children’s ministry in Houston. That ministry, the Children’s Activity Center, is where Vincent & Jessica met, fell in love and within a year were married.

From 2010-2012 Vincent & Jessica traveled the USA and did ministry in nursing homes, the streets and jails. From 2012-2015 they were pleased and honored to work under Mike Barber as full-time chaplains in the Harris County Jail in Houston; the Nation’s third largest jail, housing roughly 10,000 inmates at a time. They also served as children’s Pastors and Outreach Directors before moving to Florida in 2020, to spend time learning, growing and receiving under Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne‘s ministry.

It was in 2022, while doing a short term outreach mission to TX and NM that the Lord spoke to them and assigned them to establish a work in the SW of New Mexico. That place is called the Oak Centre.  The Oak Centre is a Sanctuary for God in the SW; a church where people are getting saved, filled, healed, set free, growing in Christ and becoming oaks of righteousness. The Lord is so good. He has great plans for the SW.

You are invited to join in what God is doing by being a part of the local church in Silver City, by watching their weekly services and online teachings and/or by partnering financially and committing to help see God’s Great dreams for the SW come to pass.

The Bouchards are very honored to be ordained under and a part of Revival Ministries International Ministerial Association; led by Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne of Tampa, FL.
